Denominations

Gift cards are available in 50, 100, 150, 250, 500, 750 and 1000 euros.

Shipping Information

Standard Mail: There is no charge for mailing the card standard mail. From Italy arrival times are from 5-7 business days.

Express Mail: The price depends on which carrier you choose to use. Call or email us and we will find the best option based on your requirements.

Email: We can send an e-card, the gift amount will be available immediately for use.

Personnal Messages: You can add a personal message or we can customize a message based on a special occasion.

Mailing Information: The recipient's full name, address and a contact number. For email we would need the recipients and senders email address as well as a contact number.*

*Note: We cannot be responsible for blocked mail. In the event this occurs we will contact the sender via email and/or telephone for a solution.

Ordering a Gift Card

Redeeming a Gift Card

To redeem a Gift Card, all you need to do is find the item(s) you would like to receive and put it/them in the cart.

Select PayPal as payment option. Enter your account. You need to have a PayPal account or register to get a PayPal account in order to use the Gift Cards.

When you are being asked during the payment process, enter the Gift Card number that you have received and follow the procedure to redeem the Gift Card.

Important Terms

A printed merchant Gift Card is transferable if it doesn't specify the receiver's email address. For security reasons and for verification, it is possible that you will be asked to confirm your identity using a credit card.

It is possible to redeem more than one Gift Card in one single purchase if all Cards have the same value. Eventual amounts not used can be applied to other purchases.

There is no expiration date and no administration fees on Gift Cards.

Neither Enoteca la Fortezza di Montalcino nor PayPal are responsible in case of loss or theft of the Gift Card.
